France Conference Project – 12 CLT X-Poster Pro Displays Build a Dynamic Conference Stage

For large corporate events, the main LED screen is often the visual center of the stage. But a single backdrop cannot always deliver the level of flexibility needed for a more dynamic presentation environment.

At a corporate conference in France, 12 CLT X-Poster Pro LED poster displays were deployed alongside the main stage. Positioned around both sides of the main stage, the 12 LED posters created additional content zones for business presentations, branding and event information.

More Screens, More Requirements

Using multiple displays creates more visual possibilities, but it also adds complexity to an event project. As a rental application, the 12 screens needed to be easy to transport, quick to set up and convenient to remove after the conference. Long installation procedures or complicated equipment connections would increase the workload for the event team.

Content coordination was another important consideration. The displays were positioned across different areas of the stage, which meant they needed to work as part of one visual system. Each screen had to support the overall presentation without distracting attention from the main LED backdrop.

Built for Flexible Event Deployment

With a slim 38 mm profile and plug-and-play design, the LED poster display can be deployed quickly in different venues.
