Waving military flags stand firm, and the original aspiration remains unshaken. As we mark the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 99th anniversary of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, CLT-LED held a special August 1st themed event on the morning of July 31st. Titled “March Forward with the Bearing of Soldiers, Strive for Excellence with a Fighting Spirit”, the activity pays tribute to all veteran employees and Party members of the company and fosters corporate culture featuring Party and military building. Mr. Duan Sicai, Chairman of CLT-LED, together with senior executives Mr. Li and Mr. Huang, attended the event. All company Party members, veteran employees and staff representatives from the Shenzhen office participated.
Revisit the Extraordinary Years, Draw Strength to Forge Ahead
At 9:30 a.m., all participants took their seats and watched a red documentary short film. The 15-minute footage brought everyone back to the war-torn era. The firm faith and fearless spirit of revolutionary predecessors deeply touched every attendee. After screening, two to three colleagues were randomly selected to share their reflections. Their sincere testimonials made the red education truly resonate in people’s minds.
Share Stories of Original Aspiration, Interpret Mission and Accountability
During the sharing session for Party members and veterans, veteran representatives and Party member representatives took the stage one after another to recount their military service experience and their original aspiration for joining the Party. “When we wore military uniforms, we defended our motherland; after taking off the uniforms, we build CLT-LED.” They vividly recalled their transition from military barracks to the workplace, and shared how they bring military work ethics and Party member standards into daily job duties.
“Because we aim higher, we meet a group of like-minded people,” one speaker said emotionally. “In the military, we gathered to safeguard our homeland; at CLT-LED, we march together for shared career goals.” The solemn pledge “Once a soldier, always a soldier; once a Party member, never forget our roots” drew warm applause from the whole venue.
Later, Chairman Duan Sicai delivered a speech and extended sincere festive greetings to all veterans and Party members of the company. He pointed out that veteran employees are invaluable assets of the enterprise, and Party members serve as pioneers within the team. He encouraged everyone to uphold loyalty and responsibility, strive for excellence at their posts, and make new achievements in CLT-LED’s high-quality development journey with higher standards and stronger sense of responsibility. Senior executive Mr. Li, based on his work portfolio, urged attendees to integrate military execution and Party members’ sense of mission into daily work and shine in their respective positions.

At the end of the event, Mr. Duan, Mr. Li and Mr. Huang presented August 1st commemorative gifts to all veterans and Party members, and took group photos with everyone in front of the backdrop wall. These thoughtful souvenirs embody the company’s deep care and profound respect for veteran employees and Party members.
