Yantai Yangma Island: 415m² 6-Sided Immersive Cube LED Display System

Project Background & Objective

Situated in the coastal scenic destination of Yangma Island in Yantai, Shandong, the newly developed Yangma Island Visitor Center required an iconic visual centerpiece. The goal was to create a fully immersive spatial experience that transports tourists into maritime culture and island panoramas the moment they step into the reception atrium.

415m² 6-Sided Spatial Cube Engineering

To realize an all-encompassing visual environment, CLT engineered a state-of-the-art six-sided immersive LED cube spanning a total display area of 415 square meters. Utilizing high-precision P3 fine-pitch modules, the installation delivers seamless edge transitions across all facets, eliminating perceptual boundaries between vertical walls, ceiling, and floor perspectives.

Advanced image processing and synchronized multi-channel playback ensure smooth 60fps rendering, creating a true naked-eye 3D perceptual voyage for visitors.

Durable Coastal Operation & Thermal Reliability

Given the marine coastal environment, CLT’s engineering team applied moisture-resistant conformal coatings and anti-corrosive cabinet treatments. The structure features optimized silent heat dissipation and front-accessible maintenance modules, ensuring uninterrupted performance throughout peak tourist seasons.
